Account and login

I cannot log in. What should I check?

Confirm that you are on the official portal, enter the identifier exactly, check OTP access and use the official recovery option. See the login guide and password-reset guide.

My old mobile number is inactive.

Use the official profile-correction or service-request route and prepare additional identity verification.

Pension documents

What is the difference between a pension slip and PPO?

A pension slip explains a particular payment period; the PPO is the underlying pension authorisation record. Form 16 is a tax certificate for the relevant financial year.

Why is a document missing?

It may not yet be generated, the relevant period may be wrong, the account may still be migrating or a service request may be pending.

Profile corrections

For bank, mobile, email, family or nomination changes, first identify the authoritative record and collect readable supporting documents. Submit one accurate request and track it rather than creating multiple duplicates.

Life certificate and grievances

Follow the available official method for life-certificate submission and verify acceptance. For unresolved issues, raise a grievance with specific dates, payment periods, identifiers and attachments, then retain the registration number.

Fraud prevention

SPARSH users should never share OTPs, passwords, bank PINs or full identity documents with unsolicited callers. Government-looking logos and urgent threats do not prove a message is genuine.
