Current contribution schedule
The current MoHFW schedule lists monthly contributions of ₹250 for Levels 1–5, ₹450 for Level 6, ₹650 for Levels 7–11 and ₹1,000 for Level 12 and above.
Pensioner annual and lifetime figures
The same schedule lists pensioner annual contribution as 12 months of the monthly rate and lifetime contribution as 120 months (10 years): ₹3,000/₹30,000; ₹5,400/₹54,000; ₹7,800/₹78,000; and ₹12,000/₹1,20,000 respectively.
Do not repay merely because rates change
Existing pensioners who already hold a valid lifetime card should follow the applicable CGHS order before making any further payment. The calculator merely shows the current published schedule.
